1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd53 ("bd53", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bd53.io. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for any reason — including but not limited to claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or bypassing verification requirements — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You must ensure this information remains accurate throughout your account lifetime. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and utility bills for address verification. bd53 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until satisfactory verification documents have been received and reviewed.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bd53 support staff will never ask you to disclose your password or OTP.

You must notify bd53 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. bd53 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, except in cases where the breach is directly attributable to a fault on the part of bd53.

bd53 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily where suspicious login activity is detected, such as multiple failed login attempts, logins from unrecognised devices or IP addresses, or login patterns inconsistent with the player's normal usage. Account locks of this nature are a security measure and will be resolved promptly upon identity verification by the account holder.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bd53 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd53 does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All balances, bets, and winnings on bd53 are held in BDT. bd53 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bd53 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international matches, FIFA for football events). In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of bd53 and may be suspended during critical match phases. bd53 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price caused by technical or human error.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, manipulate odds, or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or acting as an agent for third-party betting activity

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Suspension and Termination

9.2 Termination and Account Closure
